Chiropractor – – Cayman Islands – 2025

Dedicare is looking for a skilled Chiropractor to join a clinic in Cayman Islands for a permanent position.

The clinic is seeking a Chiropractor with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal care and a holistic approach to health and wellness.

The Chiropractor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, providing spinal adjustments, joint manipulations, soft tissue therapies, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and overall health.

We are looking for a proactive and business-minded practitioner who is eager to build and grow their practice.

Qualifications
o Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution
o Proficient in spinal manipulation and joint mobilization techniques
o Skilled in soft tissue therapy and rehabilitative exercise
o Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
o Excellent communication skills and bedside manner
o Experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
o Previous experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is a plus
o Referring MRIs, especially for weight-bearing and dynamic spinal imaging
o Licensed or eligible for licensure in the US, Canada, UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, or Cayman Islands

Compensation
The clinic offer a flexible compensation model that is performance-based, with a competitive revenue-sharing structure designed to reward initiative and effort.

There is no income tax in the Cayman Islands, meaning net income closely reflects gross income.

We also provide:
o Coverage of annual work permit costs (~$7,000 KYD annually)
o Malpractice insurance
o Basic healthcare and pension contributions
o Support staff, clinical rooms, and all required logistical support
